In 2020, we did just that – overcoming the challenges of extreme weather, a pandemic, social unrest and uncertain economic conditions.Our teammates responded and we surpassed expectations by any measure – maintaining strong safety, operational, reliability and customer satisfaction metrics while accelerating our clean energy transition. We also took significant steps to eliminate uncertainties, laying a solid foundation for future growth while delivering on our financial commitments to our shareholders.
